GM Leaders Plus 4 – We’re off!

The fourth round of Greater Manchester Leaders Plus kicked off in March with a buzzy launch and mentor-mentee meet-up, a central Manchester walkabout and workshop on Connecting with Place and a lovely lunch to start connecting with each other – and that was just the first 24 hours!

Two weeks later, the group explored leadership styles and dynamics with brilliant facilitator Miffa Salter before a forum on how that applies in the day-job. April features an Expert Insights session on the realities of cross-sector working, with a field trip to Collyhurst and Red Bank, part of the 155-hectare Victoria North regeneration area.

Throughout the 10-month programme, Leaders Plus connects leadership theory and best practice to real-world situations and places, with lots of time for networking and peer support. It all culminates in a January event where candidates will share bold ideas for the future of GM. Hope to see you there!
